James M. Cantor

Dr. Cantor is a clinical psychologist and sexual behavior scientist. He has been studying and teaching sexology, especially atypical sexualities, for over 20 years. His studies have been published in Psychological Bulletin, the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, and the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, and he served as Editor-in-Chief of Sexual Abuse: A Journal of Research and Treatment. He has appeared to discuss sexological issues on CNN, the BBC, The New York Times, and Dan Savage's Savage Love. He is Director of the Toronto Sexuality Centre and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
